- Duplicate payment: Full refund within 5-7 business days
- Technical error during purchase: Full refund
- Accidental purchase: Full refund if coins are unused and requested within 24 hours
✗ NOT Eligible for Refund:
- Coins that have been spent on sessions
- Partial refunds for used coin packages
- Refund requests after 7 days of unused coins
- Promotional or bonus coins
- Coins earned through referrals or rewards
3. Session Cancellations
3.1 User-Initiated Cancellation:
- Before call starts: No coins deducted, full refund to coin balance
- Within first 30 seconds: Coins refunded to account (minus any bonus coins used)
- After 30 seconds: No refund, full session charges apply
3.2 Listener Cancellation:
- Full refund of coins to your account
- Apology bonus: Additional 10% bonus coins
- No charges applied
3.3 Technical Issues:
- Call drops due to platform issues: Full refund
- Poor audio/video quality (our fault): Partial/full refund based on review
- Connection issues (user's network): No refund, but case-by-case consideration
4. Refund Process
4.1 How to Request a Refund:
- Go to your account settings or transaction history
- Select the transaction you want to refund
- Click "Request Refund" and provide reason
- Our team will review within 24-48 hours
- You'll receive email notification of decision

- Coin Balance Refund: Immediate (for eligible cases)
- Payment Gateway Refund: 5-7 business days
- Bank Account Credit: 7-10 business days (depends on bank)

- Wallet Refund: 3-5 business days

- Outcome: Full refund, partial refund, or bonus coins based on findings
Common Dispute Scenarios:
- Listener was unprofessional: Full refund + bonus coins
- Listener didn't show up: Full refund + apology bonus
- Poor service quality: Partial/full refund based on review
- Technical difficulties: Reviewed case-by-case
- Mismatched expectations: No refund, but guidance for future sessions
6. Special Circumstances
6.1 Emergency Situations:
If you had to leave a call due to a genuine emergency, contact support within 24 hours. We may offer a goodwill refund on a case-by-case basis.
6.2 First-Time User Protection:
For your first session, we offer enhanced refund protection. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, we'll refund your coins (used only for that one session).
6.3 Listener Performance Issues:
If multiple users report issues with the same listener, we'll proactively review affected sessions and may offer refunds.
7. Abuse Prevention
To prevent abuse of our refund policy:
- Excessive refund requests may trigger account review
- Fraudulent refund claims may result in account suspension
- Pattern of abuse may lead to refund privilege revocation
- We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse
8. Promotional Offers
For promotional packages:
- Base coins can be refunded as per standard policy
- Bonus coins are non-refundable
- Special offer prices are final once coins are used

9. Chargebacks
