Talksy is a peer-to-peer listening and conversation platform that connects users with verified listeners for private and confidential audio/video sessions. Users purchase virtual coins to pay for time-based listening sessions.

Note: Talksy is NOT a technical support, IT helpdesk, customer service, or professional services platform. We provide general conversation and listening services only.

3. Eligibility

To use this Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate registration information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Coin System & Payments

5.1 Virtual Coins:

• Coins are virtual credits used to pay for sessions
• Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
• Coins do not expire
• Prices are displayed clearly before purchase

5.2 Payments:

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include 18% GST
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
• We do not store your payment card information
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

• Illegal activities or purposes
• Harassment, abuse, or threats
• Sharing explicit or inappropriate content
• Fraudulent activities
• Impersonating others
• Attempting to hack or compromise the platform
• Commercial solicitation without permission

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove any content or conversation that violates these terms. Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and safety purposes.

8. Listener Responsibilities

Listeners on our platform:

• Must complete KYC verification
• Are not licensed medical or legal professionals unless specified
• Provide conversation and listening services only
• Must maintain user confidentiality
• Cannot solicit users outside the platform

Talksy provides peer-to-peer conversation and listening services. We are NOT a technical support, IT helpdesk, customer service platform, or professional services provider.

9.2 Not Professional Services:

9.3 No Guarantees:

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our Service. The quality of sessions depends on both users and listeners.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talksy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You engage in fraudulent activity
• Your account shows suspicious activity
• Required by law enforcement
